Task prioritization My boss drew this for me. Genius. I put it on my Macbook Pro. Quadrant 1: Urgent and Important. Do this now. Quadrant 2: Not Urgent and Important. Large task but take your time. Quadrant 3: Urgent and Not Important. Small but necessary. Quadrant 4: Not Urgent and Not Important. Do this eventually.
